Shipping & Processing Policy
At Yovo Vape Official, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping services for all orders. Please review the following policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and manage deliveries.
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow approximately 1 business day for order verification, processing, and packaging before shipment.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if additional verification is required for payment, age confirmation, or fraud prevention purposes.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier operations.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Military/APO/FPO Addresses: 8–12 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your customer account, if applicable. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or returned shipments may occur. Any additional shipping fees caused by address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and reshipment will only occur after confirmation of the corrected address and payment of any applicable reshipping fees.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery issues may occasionally occur.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with your order number, photos of the damaged package or product, and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your package appears lost in transit or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
If the shipping carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Yovo Vape Official cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages lost or stolen after delivery. However, we may review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Restrictions
Yovo Vape Official only sells and ships vaping products to customers who are of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to restricted locations, cancel orders that violate local laws or regulations, and request age verification before shipment. Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws regarding vaping products before placing an order.
Replacement & Warranty Shipments
Replacement shipments and warranty claims are subject to review and approval by our support team. Approved replacement shipments will follow the same shipping timelines and carrier policies outlined in this policy.
